Cancellation Policy

At The Child Centred Learning Tree, we understand that life with children can be unpredictable. We aim to be flexible, while also respecting the time set aside for each family.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee.

• Non-attendance without notice will be charged at the full session fee.

NDIS Participants
For families accessing services through NDIS, cancellations will be managed in line with NDIS cancellation guidelines, which may include a charge for short-notice cancellations.

Rescheduling
We will always do our best to find another suitable time if you need to reschedule, subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements with compassion and fairness.
